It came into force after the signing of a number of laws by the President of Pridnestrovie Vadim Krasnoselsky. The documents were adopted by the legislators during the final plenary session, which completed the spring session of the Supreme Council.

The deputy corps approved amendments and addendum to the law "On the procedure for conducting inspections in the exercise of state control (supervision)". The state control bodies are instructed to notify the prosecutor's office about carrying out unscheduled control measures against legal entities and individual entrepreneurs. The notice should contain the title and a summary of the document containing the information that served as the basis. Notification of an unscheduled monitoring (supervisory) activity is sent to the prosecutor's office not later than one business day following the day of receipt by the supervisory authority of the relevant decision agreed with the Chairman of the Government. At the same time, unscheduled inspections conducted in violation of the requirements for notifying the prosecutor's office, as well as their results. The decision to conduct such control measures and their results shall be canceled by the body that made the decision about this, or by a higher authority.

The reason for unscheduled measures for control (supervision) may be violations of the requirements established by the laws of the PMR, which resulted in harm to life, health of citizens, the environment, and state (municipal) property.

According to the law "On Making Amendments and Addendum to the Constitutional Law "On the Status of Judges in the PMR", judges who are eligible for monthly life-long maintenance but who continue to work receive a monthly salary (monthly salary) and a monthly lifetime allowance (pension) in the amount of 40% of the monthly salary of the judge in the respective position.

Amendments and addendum to the law "On the republican budget for 2018", signed by the President, the state supported construction organizations that worked on the construction of facilities through the ANO "Eurasian Integration", but did not receive payment for the work performed and supplies. The total amount of accounts receivable of a bankrupt general contractor from Russia to Pridnestrovian contractors is $ 2 million. It is confirmed by judicial acts of the Arbitration Court of the PMR. The objects of social purpose put into operation were transferred to the ownership of the republic. Complexity of the situation is that companies paid income tax to the republican budget, but they never received it. In order to at least partly compensate for these losses, the Government proposed to the Supreme Council to adopt amendments to the law on the republican budget 2018. After its adoption by the legislative body and signing by the President, businessmen will be paid the paid taxes in the form of their transfer to the account of current payments. We are talking about the amount of 364 thousand rubles.

Deputies of the Supreme Council changed articles of the Criminal Code that provide for penalties for the illicit cultivation of plants containing narcotic drugs or psychotropic substances or their precursors, a law signed by the President. Illegal cultivation on a large scale of plants containing narcotic drugs or psychotropic substances or their precursors is punishable by a fine in the amount of from 1,700 to 2,500 calculated minimum wages or mandatory work for a period of 180 to 240 hours, or by imprisonment for up to two years. The same unlawful acts committed by a group of persons by prior conspiracy or by an organized group, also on an especially large scale, are punishable by imprisonment for a term of 3 to 8 years.
