The President Vadim Krasnoselsky continued a series of meetings with social activists. This time the dialogue took place with members of the consultative assembly of the first Pridnestrovian deputies under the Chairman of the Supreme Council. The current composition of the deputy corps headed by Speaker Alexander Shcherba, as well as Prime Minister Alexander Martynov, members of the government, young parliamentarians, and representatives of public organizations also joined the conversation.

It began with the congratulations by Vadim Krasnoselsky and Igor Smirnov to the people's representatives, both in the current and in the past five convocations. The fact that today marks 28 years of the Supreme Council caused it.

The day before, the founders of the republic sent a list of issues of interest to the leader. Vadim Krasnoselsky divided them into three blocks: politics, foreign and domestic, economy and social sphere. He began to respond to them in this order. He informed the participants about the ongoing work to develop a strategy for the development of Pridnestrovie for the next 8 years. It includes the national idea of the PMR.

Referring to the last two aspects, Vadim Krasnoselsky recalled a consolidated decision to increase pensions and public sector wages by 7%, listed categories of persons eligible to use state-provided benefits. There are 131898 such people in the republic. Each year, the provision of social benefits 241 million rubles is allocated from the budget. It would have been impossible if it had not been for the stabilization of the economy. One of the components of this process was adopted by the Supreme Council and entered into force on June 1 this year, the law on state support of investment activity.

The creation of an appropriate legal framework led to the fact that currently 24 investment projects from 12 countries have been announced, totaling about 5 million euros. New production will lead to the creation of new jobs and deductions to the budget, which, in turn, will increase the level of pensions and wages.

A proposal to increase them in the real sector of the economy was made by a member of the deliberative meeting, executive director of the Union of Industrialists, Agrarians and Entrepreneurs of Pridnestrovie Vladimir Berkovich. This will allow the economy to develop, and will spur domestic consumer demand. Representatives of the business community intend to discuss these measures with the Government and the Supreme Council.

In the course of  the meeting of the deliberative meeting, the first Pridnestrovian deputies together with the President discussed the implementation of the capital investment program, the creation of new jobs, dual education, the development of public diplomacy and civil society, relations with the Russian Federation, media activities.

As Igor Smirnov assured his colleagues - the first Pridnestrovian deputies, each of those who asked questions to the President will receive answers in writing.
