As an example, he presented the ratio of costs: a hectare of corn costs about $ 600, and one municipal flowerbed - about five thousand dollars. They talked about neighboring countries the seedlings are three times cheaper than the supplies listed in the documents of our municipal unitary enterprises. Chairman of the Supreme Council pointed out that enforcement agencies have to understand these aspects of the law.
