About mammology from A to Z

Master class "On mammology from A to Z" was held today in the HOTEL RUSSIA. Famous Russian specialist,, doctor-mammologist Marina Travina told about the methods of early diagnosis of breast pathology to Pridnestrovian doctors.

Oncologists, gynecologists, roentgenologists, ultrasound doctors from all over the republic came to learn about the scientific developments. Teachers of the medical faculty of the State University were invited at the master class. They talked about the physiology of breast development, diagnostic methods, risk factors. According to the Moscow specialist, early diagnosis should be a simple rule for all women. Proper comprehensive examination helps to identify and prevent various diseases in a timely manner.

Marina Travina has been involved in complex diagnosis and treatment of the mammary glands for more than 20 years. She shares peculiarities of the profession with colleagues. Workshops and round tables are held in many cities of Russia as part of “Health”Russian federal targeted program.

The Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Council Galina Antyufeyeva addressed the master class participants with a welcoming speech. The legislator emphasized that the leadership of the republic pays special attention to the healthcare sector.

Parliamentarians today were admitted to the board of trustees of the public organization "Oncologists of Pridnestrovie".
