The November Agenda

Members of the presidium of the parliament set the agenda for tomorrow's plenary session, and also outlined a list of issues for discussion in November. Among them there are legislative initiatives that make changes and additions to the Code of Administrative Offenses, the Law on State Duty, and the Marriage and Family Code. The latter, in particular, is presented as a legislative initiative of the members of the Committee on Legislation in order to resolve problems that have arisen in the sphere of maintenance obligations, in cases where there is arrears in the payment of alimony.

Deputies will consider changes and additions to the law "On observance of the peace of citizens and silence", developed by the government. The author proposes to supplement the law with a norm providing for a period of time from 8:00 pm to 7:00 am, in which no violation of the rest of the citizens who stay around the clock in social facilities is allowed.

The law-in-draft “On Stimulating Entrepreneurial Activity in Certain Territories of Pridnestrovie” will be considered in the third and final reading. Its goal is to create an integrated approach to solving problems in areas with low infrastructure.The law-in-draft proposes to determine the main goals, principles, methods and procedure for state support of business in these territories, to consolidate forms and methods for stimulating entrepreneurial activity.

The Committee for the Development of Entrepreneurship and Industry discussed and proposes to submit for consideration of colleagues amendments to the law “On licensing certain types of activities”. According to the explanatory note, the document was developed in order to liberalize the state approach to licensing certain types of activities, developing entrepreneurial initiatives, and eliminating unnecessary requirements for business. In particular, it is proposed to exclude local auctions from the number of licensed activities; provision of mandatory certification services; international road transport of passengers.

A group of deputies - members of the Committee on the AIC - developed amendments to the law “On the republican budget 2018”. They provide state support to the Municipal Educational Institution “Sport and Recreation Camp “The Youth”, recreation centers “Mechta” ,“Fregat” by writing off arrears of rent for using the lands of the State Forest Fund to the republican and local budgets.

As members of the Presidium of the Supreme Council previously determined, the plenary sessions will be held on November 14, 21, 28.
