The Supreme Council of PMR appealed the judicial act at the Supreme Court of PMR, which prohibited the consideration of the law-in-draft by the Parliament

The Judge of the Tiraspol City Court Kuchurko O.V. on the 17^th of December, 2014  made a decision to take measures to secure the claim, in which the petition of the Government of Pridnestrovie to suspend the provisions of Parliament of Pridnestrovie on November 28, 2014 № 3059 “On the Law of Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic “On amendments to the Law of Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic “On the corporate tax”. The Decision dated 17 December 2014 provided to suspend the Resolution of Parliament of Pridnestrovie dated 28 November 2014 number 3059 before the court decision in force. The Supreme Council received court decision December 18, 2014.

The Supreme Council filed a private complaint against the definition of the Tiraspol City Court, which should be considered by the Trial Chamber for Civil Cases of the Supreme Court of the Pridnestrovian Moldovan Republic December 23, 2014.
