New Year's checkers tournament in Slobodzeya

The New Year's checkers tournament took place on the eve of Christmas at the Center for Children and Youth Creativity in the city of Slobodzeya. It became a good tradition on winter holidays.

35 sportsmen from Children’s and youth sports school No.4 of Chobruchi and secondary schools in the city of Slobodzeya took part in the competition.

Pavel Shinkaryuk, deputy of the Supreme Council of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic for constituency No. 21 “Slobodzeya”, addressed the young checkers players at the sporting event. He congratulated the children on the New Year and Merry Christmas and gave them sweet gifts.
