The President Vadim Krasnoselsky signed the law that amends certain provisions of the current law "On State Pension Provision of Citizens". The amendments were adopted at the end of June by the Supreme Council and concern the increase in payments to pensioners who are fully supported by the state in the stationary institutions of social patronage.
Living in psycho-neurological boarding schools and elderly homes, citizens received only 10% of the pension due to them before the adoption of the law (the rest was spent on their food and medical care). Now that amount has grown to 25%. However, its size should not be less than 20% of the minimum pension size by age, namely 616 rubles. That is, pensioners living in psycho-neurological boarding schools and nursing homes will receive at least 123 rubles a month.
After the President signed the law "On Amendments to the Code of Administrative Offenses" for the management of the vehicle in the presence of braking or conditions under which its operation is prohibited, a warning or an administrative fine up to 3 MW is provided. Controlling a vehicle with a known faulty braking system (with the exception of the parking brake), the steering or the coupling device (as part of the road-train) or converted without the appropriate permit will entail the imposition of a fine of 10 to 15 MW. If a driver has not passed the inspection, he will be punished with a fine in the amount of 2 to 10 MW.
The law enforced by the President comes into force 14 days after the day of official publication.
