New in the legislative framework

Traditionally, on the eve of the plenary session of the Supreme Council, the most important issues of its agenda are being discussed by the parliamentarians, members of “The Obnovlenie”. In the course of the regular meeting of the faction, in addition to its members, Deputy Prime Minister for Legal Regulation and Cooperation with Public Authorities - Head of the Government Staff Stanislav Kasap, as well as Chairman of the Youth Parliament Alexander Savich took part in it. It is assumed that members of the Cabinet of Ministers will continue to participate in the work of the faction for preliminary discussion of the most significant legislations.

According to the chairman of “The Obnovlenie" faction Petr Pasat, a statement on joining the deputy association was written by Yury Kravchuk, a member of the Supreme Council recently elected from Bender. Thus, the only faction in the legislature of the faction at the moment consists of 21 elected people. Within the framework of the information preamble, the faction leader also directed his colleagues to assist in initiating a campaign for the collection of signatures for the preservation of Russian peacekeeping forces in Pridnestrovie.

Then members of “The Obnovlenie” began to consider the issues on the agenda of today's plenary session. They referred to amending the Constitution by expanding the list of agencies exercising state power; the need for priority payment for the services of appraisers during the liquidation of enterprises; mechanisms for support payments; use of Internet resources for the publication of voluminous official documents adopted by public authorities; changes in the existing housing legislation; granting additional powers to local self-government.
