The auditoriums of building 1 were solemnly opened after renovation at the Pridnestrovian State University. The second stage of work carried out at the expense of the Capital Investment Fund has been completed. It was decided to carry out repairs at the main university of the republic in 2020 at the initiative of the President of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic and the founder of the university Vadim Krasnoselsky. The old buildings were in need of repair. The necessary funds were sent from the Capital Investment Fund. Facade work was carried out on four buildings during two years and the adjacent territory was landscaped. Fountain area has become a favorite venue for events. Wireless Internet became available for students.
The renovated classrooms prepared for the new academic year, furniture and modern equipment were examined by Speaker of the Parliament Alexander Korshunov and Chairman of the Committee on Education, Public Associations and Mass Media Igor Buga.
Students will be able to work on their inventions in the new Quantum IT Center located in building 2. An auditorium with an interactive anatomical table has been opened at the Faculty of Medicine.
The Parliament Chairman Alexander Korshunov and the deputy of the Supreme Council Igor Buga emphasized the importance of carrying out repair work to improve the quality of student education.
The church of St. Tatiana, who is the patroness of students, was opened at PSU after the completion of construction today. The President assured that repair work at the main university and infrastructure improvement will continue.
