New sports complex in Kirovsky

There is one more modern sports complex in Tiraspol. It was opened on the territory of the capital's secondary school Number 8. Deputy of the Supreme Council of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic for constituency No. 30 “Kirovsky” Gregory Dyachenko took part in the ceremony. They can play volleyball, basketball, organize football and athletics tournaments, table tennis and workout competitions in comfortable conditions. All residents of the microdistrict, not only school age ones, can exercise on the territory of the modern sports complex.

The construction of a new sports complex on the territory of secondary school No. 8 lasted almost a year. Part of the funds for it was allocated from the republican budget through the Capital Investment Fund. Another part is money from the city.

Residents of the microdistrict have really been saying for a long time that they need a sports complex or at least a well-equipped modern sports ground. Not only yard teams will train here, but also physical education lessons will be held during the school year, tourists, whose base is also located on the school grounds, will also train, and people of the older generation will take walks from this day on. The microdistrict plans for families to gather in a large landscaped area. One can read a book or play chess, while someone is fighting in a courtyard football championship, pumping up muscles on street exercise machines, in a spacious cozy gazebo.

The children organized their first competitions immediately after the opening ceremony of the new sports complex. The site is open on the territory of secondary school No. 8, but entry to it is free for all residents of the microdistrict.
