Jolly Splash, Beauty Winter, Princess Frog, Baba Yaga - fairy-tale characters, who gathered the children and staff of the Office of deputies of the Supreme Council in the hall of the hotel "Russia". On the Eve of New Year there dominated atmosphere of magic and expectation of a miracle – time of carnival costumes, sweet gifts and children's smiles. Members of the New Year celebration with Ded Moroz (Father Frost) and Snegurochka shouted the coveted "Fir tree, please light!". Young Snowflakes, Princesses, Bunnies and Pirates were involved into the performance of good and light.
