Plenary session of the legislature takes place tomorrow. The main items on the agenda will be two new legislations - "On Citizenship of PMR" and "On Migration". Documents are submitted by the president in the regime of legislative necessity. Legislations have been discussed in a number of parliamentary committees. Having examined them, the responsible committees - on legislation, law enforcement, protection of the rights and freedoms of citizens, as well as security, defense and peacekeeping - recommend colleagues to adopt the initiative presented by President in the first reading, taking into account the numerous comments and suggestions made earlier in the debate.

According to the parliamentarians, the law-in-draft "On Citizenship of PMR" much stricter conditions for the adoption of citizenship. This, in particular, such rules as an addition to the grounds thereof; the abolition of honorary citizenship; Longer verification by the competent authorities of documents of people applying for PMR citizenship; expand the list of grounds for refusal of citizenship and others. Special discussion was caused by the issue concerning the citizenship of children born in Pridnestrovie. Existing legal regulations contain a provision that a child born in the country automatically acquire the status of a citizen of PMR. The law-in-draft also proposed to confer such right of the child only if one of the parents has Pridnestrovian citizenship. Parliamentarians are in favor of retaining the existing rules.

The new for Pridnestrovie law "On migration", which regulates relations in the sphere of migration policy was also recommended for adoption in the first reading. According to deputies, it is "urgent required law-in-draft", which in case of adoption will expand the legal environment of the republic. There exist problems in the sphere of migration, both external and internal. Today, these processes are regulated by decrees of the President. The law-in-draft regulates the entry / exit to/from the republic, living in its territory foreigners, stateless persons, refugees, ordering their personalized accounts.

Legislators in the course of tomorrow's plenary session will consider the legislations "On amendments to the Labour Code" and "On the corporate tax" directed by the President for reconsideration by the Supreme Council adopted last year.

According to the decision of members of the Presidium the next plenary meeting is scheduled for February 4. Most likely, matter of discussion by lawmakers will be legal provisions vetoed by the president on the national budget and the budget of the Social Insurance Fund for 2015 and the planning period 2016-2017.
