BUGA Igor Semenovich

Constituency number 37 "Octiabr’sky", Tiraspol.

He was born October 9, 1964 in Tiraspol, in a working class family.

Graduated from school № 19 with a gold medal. In 1985 he graduated from the Kiev Higher Command School, named after Frunze (Intelligence Department).

Civil specialty – is an Interpreter of the German language.

From 1985 to 1987 he served as international duty in the Republic of Afghanistan, and then served in Mongolia, in the 14th Army in Tiraspol. He fulfilled special tasks during the armed conflict with Moldova In 1992.

Retired Defense Ministry, lieutenant colonel.

From 2000 to 2015 - Member of the Tiraspol City Council on 23 constituency.

In 2004 he was elected as a chairman of the Union of Afghan Veterans of Tiraspol. In 2004 headed the Pridnestrovian Association of Afghan War Veterans.

November 29, 2015 was elected to the Supreme Council PMR of the VI convocation.

Awarded the Order of the Red Star and the Medal of Honor, the Order "For Service to the Motherland", two Orders "For Service to Russia", Margelov Order and medals.
