Four legislations. Two months of hard work. Hundreds of amendments. Work of the working group established to prepare the package of legislative initiatives regulating migration policy for the adoption in the second reading is at the finish line. The original version of the documents developed by the Committee on Legislation, law enforcement, defense, security, protection of the rights and freedoms of citizens. In order to improve it were invited police officers, the KGB, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, members of the PCC. Participating in today's meeting was the final, and representatives of the construction industry of the republic, who suppose that this sector needs to be protected, including migration legislation.

Chairman of the Union of construction enterprises Nikolay Gnedin told about the situation in this sector. It was about labor migration.

Managers of construction companies cited as an example the experience of Russia and Kazakhstan, which have gone from the previously used the principle of quotas of foreign workers, opting for the patent system. In their opinion, the labor market protection issues should be reflected in the migration legislation. Participants of the meeting, confirming the existence of the problem, noted that the decision is elsewhere: a new level of control to be released. However, Deputy Vadim Kravchuk, used the idea of ​​entrepreneurs undertook to issue new amendments to the package of legislations. Probably, it would be a further article, which regulates legal relations in the sphere of labor migration.

With regard to the amendments, now it has been consolidated completely edited suggestions received from various entities of legislative initiative. According to Vitaly Kalin, in the near future finally verified documents will be submitted to committees and will soon be submitted for consideration of the Supreme Council for adoption in the second reading.
