The 10th parliamentary session, completing the fifth convocation opens immediately after the celebration of the 25th anniversary of the Republic. Hard work over the concept of tax and budget policy for the next three years, the draft budget for 2016 and the following two years to prepare and conduct on November 29 single day of voting on elections of deputies of the Supreme Council and deputies of local representative bodies is within its framework. In particular, the government must submit to the Supreme Council the law-in-draft "On republican budget for 2016 and the planning period of 2017-2018 years" in September, work on which specialists of the Ministry of Finance are currently leading. Executive authority intends to submit the law-in-draft "On technical regulation" for discussion of deputies. The document provides for the introduction of the system of technical regulation, which is intended to replace the existing system of state standards (GOST). In case of the adoption of the government's legislative initiative by the Supreme Council of the new law will replace the existing from 1994 the law "On Standardization" and from 1995 "On the certification of products and services."
