The date for the next plenary session of the Parliament has been set

Meeting of the Presidium was held today in the Supreme Council of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic. The heads of parliamentary Committees and Commissions supported the proposal of the Chairman of the Supreme Council of the PMR and planned to hold the next plenary meeting of parliament on the 13th of June. The agenda included draft laws that were prepared by the Committee on Social Policy and Health for consideration by the deputy corps. These are amendments to the laws “On the fundamentals of protecting the health of citizens”, “On state pension provision for citizens in the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic”, “On state benefits for citizens with children”, as well as the report of the Ministry of Social Protection on the implementation in 2023 of the state program to provide housing for orphans and children left without parental care.

The Committee on Social Policy and Health additionally issued resolutions on the approval of reports on the implementation of state target programs in the healthcare sector in 2023 at the next plenary meeting, which will be held tomorrow, June 5. These are state programs for the prevention of HIV/AIDS infection and sexually transmitted infections, tuberculosis, cardiovascular diseases, viral hepatitis B and C, as well as state programs for immunization of the population and improving oncological care for the population.

It should be recalled that that the deputy corps will hear the report of the PMR Government on work in 2023 at the plenary session tomorrow. Annual reports on the activities of state media, co-founded by the Supreme Council, will be presented by their editors-in-chief. These are “The Adevarul Nistrian”, “The Gomin” and “The Pridnestrovie” newspapers, the First Pridnestrovian TV channel, “Radio 1”, “News of Pridnestrovie” news agency.
