Meeting of the Chairman of the Development Business and Industry Committee of the Supreme Council Victor Guzun and 1st Deputy Minister of Justice Vladislav Zhuk was held at the Supreme Council. The need for dialogue between representatives of the legislative and executive branches of power was caused by the fact that now there are two similar pieces of legislation in the legal environment of the Republic. They have different names - "On the organization of public services" and "On licensing system in the sphere of economic activity" - but almost one point. This conflict must be jointly solved. It appeared because former president did not sign a large number of laws adopted by the Supreme Council, left without consideration, and then signed almost all the crowd. The first law was adopted by deputies Nov. 21, 2012, the second - July 20, 2016. The first document was signed by the President August 19, 2016, the second - 8 August last year. Now there are two virtually identical laws.

In the course of the workshop in the Parliament, this problem was mutually marked. One of the subjects of legislative initiative must take the powers to withdraw one of the existing laws. Subsequent workshops should determine what precisely and who should do it - the problem is urgent.
