Learning to Save the Earth

Dear workers of nature protection structures,

Dear veterans of the industry!

On behalf of the Supreme Council of Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic and me personally, I congratulate you on the Day of Employees of the State Environmental Protection Bodies!

June 5 in Pridnestrovie, it is customary to celebrate Ecologist's Day, a holiday that is timed to coincide with World Environment Day.

This date was not chosen by chance, since that day in 1972, at the 27th session of the UN General Assembly in Stockholm, a conference on environmental issues began its work. Annually, since 1974, the society has been offered an important and relevant topic concerning the problems of the Earth in general and its individual regions in particular.

It depends on you, on your energy and the great desire to save our clean and green Earth, how our descendants will live, whether they will have the opportunity to breathe fresh air, drink clean water, be healthy and raise healthy children.

The issues of reasonable and rational use of natural resources, the improvement of the ecological situation become more important every year. The earth is our common home. To learn to cherish the Earth means to learn to live in harmony with nature and save it for future generations.

Thank you for your efforts, for your patience and perseverance in the saving of nature! Sincerely I wish you health, happiness, good, success in work, harmony in your families and well-being in everything!
