The Attitude to Team Work

The last session in Dubossary town and district councils completed a series of similar meetings of regions of the republic that was held on the eve. Thus, all district and municipal councils of people's deputies of Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic have formed working agencies, elected leaders of local representative bodies. Let’s remember that yesterday with the recognition of parliamentary powers, the election of Vadim Krasnoselsky Chairman of the Supreme Council, the deputies and the heads of parliamentary committees became operational and the highest representative body of state power of the sixth convocation, which work over the next five years all the 43 deputies were recognized.

Returning to Dubossary, where exactly at 10:00 the first organizational session of the new Council of People's Deputies of Dubossary and Dubossary district started. It was attended by members of parliament Peter Pasat and Andrey Sipchenko. According to tradition, the first information was provided by the territorial election commission on the progress and results of the past in the district elections to the local authorities. After work, the credentials committee recognized credentials of all 42 elected deputies.

Before the Deputies of Dubossary district residents have begun to consider the main issue on the agenda of the first, the installation session town and district councils, they asked the deputy of the Supreme Council of the 13th constituency Peter Pasat. He conveyed greetings elected deputies of local councils from the Chairman of the Supreme Council Vadim Krasnoselsky, as well as the wishes of the working spirit of the joint and constructive work of the deputies and the State Administration district and the city for the benefit of inhabitants of Dubossary.

Peter Pasat informed the deputies of local councils regarding the intention of legislators together with the new government quickly start to overcome the crisis in the economy and social sphere. It is expected that in January anti-crisis program, as well as a package of anti-crisis legislations will be considered.

In accordance with the legislation in force the election of the chairman of the Council of People's Deputies of Dubossary and Dubossary district held by secret ballot. Originally three candidates were presented for consideration - the head of the local representative bodies Alexander Kolomytsev, director of the Dubossary HPP Anatoly Sytnik and one of the founders of the republic, the former co-chairman of the JCC from Pridnestrovie Alexander Porojan. Each of the candidates for the high office of regional scale was able to submit abstracts of their program. Alexander Porojan subsequently withdrew his candidacy.

The vote was attended by 41 of the 42 elected by inhabitants of Dubossary deputies. Anatoly Sytnik was elected with a margin of three votes for the presidency of the Council of People's Deputies of Dubossary and Dubossary district. 22 people voted for him, 19 voted for Alexander Kolomytsev.

Elected Chairman urged his colleagues to consolidation, joint work, “cease to divide into our and their” for sake of countrymen.
