The direction of mutual funds for the repair and construction of roads

Deputies of the relevant parliamentary Committee on Agriculture, Industry, Transport, Construction and Natural Resources took the initiative to amend the law "On State Guarantees to citizens entitled to a share of land and other employees of agricultural enterprises".

The parliamentarians proposed to provide an opportunity to direct funds from the target budget fund to ensure state guarantees for settlements with citizens entitled to a land share and other employees of agricultural enterprises for the repair and construction of highways located in rural settlements.

Several examples were given as an example of state roads that are part of the village's infrastructure. So, part of the public road Tiraspol-Nezertailovka is along Kirova Street in the village of Nezertailovka. The Tiraspol-Kamenka highway partially passes through the city of Dubossary, along Dzerzhinsky Street. There are enough similar examples. Residents actively use these roads. The managers of budget funds can direct the so-called share money for their repair and construction.

The parliamentarians agreed with the proposals of the relevant Committee. The law-in-draft was adopted in two readings at once. Amendments to the law "On State Guarantees to citizens entitled to a land share and other employees of agricultural enterprises" will enter into force after signing, the day after the day of official publication.
