The Supreme Council received law-in-draft of the President, which expands the list of socially significant objects of the Capital Investment Fund, in the mode of legislative necessity. The need for this was identified by the inspections results of facilities in cities and regions of the republic by the President and representatives of the executive branch of the Government. The issue price - more than 36 million rubles. As the official representative on this law-in-draft said, the capital investment fund program is mainly aimed at repairing healthcare facilities - about 48%, and education - 38%. The program also includes other facilities that need state support: these are trolleybus lines in Tiraspol and Bendery, water supply and drainage facilities, as well as heat supply in cities and regions.

The changes proposed by the President to the law “On the republican budget for 2019” were unanimously supported by the deputies. The law-in-draft was adopted immediately in two readings and sent for signature to the President.

Another initiative of the President was approved by the parliamentarians during the plenary session. It concerns the provision of medical students and doctors deferment of military service.

According to the law-in-draft, the right to postpone can be obtained by those who for the first time receive a higher professional education in the medical profile. It is also about passing an internship and residency. According to the President, doctors who work in state and municipal health care institutions should receive a deferment from military service. Thus, their activities will be carried out continuously. As a result of the changes, the personnel potential of medical and preventive treatment institutions of cities and villages will be strengthened, the author of the amendments said.

Within the framework of the plenary session, the law-in-draft was adopted in two readings. The document is aimed at signing and promulgation.
