Tax preferences for agrarians

Agricultural organizations and individual entrepreneurs who run peasant or farm household will be provided with tax preferences. We are talking about those farms that have suffered serious losses due to the drought of 2020. The Russian Federation rendered gratuitous material assistance to such Pridnestrovian farms.

According to the current law, the income of organizations in the form of free funds, products, goods, works, services, fixed assets and other property are subject to taxation. This law also applies to funds received by agricultural organizations from Russia free of charge.

The Supreme Council unanimously supported this initiative and adopted amendments to the law "On additional measures aimed at stabilizing the PMR economy" in two readings.
