The Tax Amnesty

Parliamentarians when adopting the republican budget for this year provided for a provision on an amnesty for personal property tax in the law. The fact that this rule is not implemented, the deputies of the Supreme Council drew the attention of representatives of the executive branch during the last plenary session. The Government Decree “On Approval of the Regulation on the Procedure for Carrying out an Amnesty on Personal Property Tax in 2018” was published yesterday on the official website of the Government. The document entered into force from today.

According to the Regulation, the taxpayer is entitled to pay 20% of the debt amounts, including penalties and financial penalties specified in the court decision, up to December 31, 2018.
