On the Eve of the Plenary Session of Parliament

Items of the agenda of the plenary meeting were considered by members of the “Obnovlenie” parliamentary faction at the previous meeting. Among them – there are basic laws "On Citizenship of PMR", "Migration". According to members of the group, the first draft of the law significantly complicates the procedure and the procedure for adoption of PMR citizenship, which depend on the availability and social benefits.

Discussions of members of the parliamentary faction caused included in the agenda of the plenary meeting of the laws previously directed by the President on the re-examination of the legislature - "On amendments to the Labour Code" and "On Amending the Law "Tax on profit of organizations". It was about the import into the Republic of cars older than 10 years. Relevant Committee has submitted a compromise to colleagues on deputy corps - the establishment of a conciliation commission to resolve the situation. The fact is that being confident in adopting a law prolonging the rules on the possibility of importing of cars older than 10 years to Pridnestrovie, at the end of last year, people brought cars and started the procedure for clearance. However, it was unable to complete because of the imposed president's veto on the law. Let’s remember the relevant document was adopted by the deputies and sent for signature to the President December 24, 2014. President's veto led to the fact that it was prohibited from 1 January 2015 to import cars older than 10 years to PMR.

Among the discussed there was a draft decree of the Supreme Council regarding the appointment of candidates for membership of the Central Election Commission of the legislative body of the republic.
