Defenders of Pridnestrovie received State Awards

The President Vadim Krasnoselsky, vice-speaker of the parliament Galina Antyufeeva, deputy chairman of the Government Alevtina Slichenko presented state awards to the defenders of Pridnestrovie. The solemn ceremony and a festive concert took place in the Palace of the Republic on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of the repulse of the armed aggression of the Republic of Moldova against our Republic. The permanent chairman of the Public Women's strike committee, Galina Andreeva, was awarded the Order of Suvorov, the first degree for the great contribution to the defense and establishment of the state.

The President Vadim Krasnoselsky congratulated the defenders of the republic and all Pridnestrovians on a significant date for the state. Addressing the audience, he emphasized that the peacekeeping operation on the banks of the Dniester would not have been successful without the defense of the defenders.

Addressing the defenders of the republic, Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Council Galina Antyufeeva expressed gratitude to women who, in terrible wartime, alongside men, rose to defend the country. The Vice-Speaker emphasized that preserving the unity, Pridnestrovie will remain unconquerable.
