The winners of the "Person of the Year-2022" contest were awarded

Vladislav Kucheryavy, 2nd year student of the Pridnestrovian State University and a technology teacher at the Dniester School No. 1, became the winner of the state competition in the Volunteer of the Year nomination at the age of 19. The medal, diploma and statuette "Person of the Year" were presented to him by the Chairman of the Committee of the Supreme Council on Social Policy Sergey Cheban.

Honoring the laureates of the contest "Person of the Year 2022" after two years of quarantine restrictions on coronavirus was held on the stage of the Palace of the Republic in Tiraspol. The best specialists in various professions from a teacher, a builder to postmen and entrepreneurs were named in 22 nominations.

Founded in April 2021 the GreenHouse volunteer movement, in addition to helping those in need, conducts environmental campaigns. According to Vladislav Kucheryavy, the team is gaining momentum, schoolchildren and students have joined the volunteering not only from Dnestrovsk, but also from Tiraspol, Slobodzeya and Nezavertailovka. The young people held 34 events last year. This includes cleaning the territories of unauthorized dumps and the banks of the Dnestrovsk and Turunchuk, participating in the action to help those who arrived from Ukraine, as well as those quarantined due to the coronavirus, organizing sports events, etc. The organization plans to open a center of youth initiatives in Dnestrovsk.
