Chairman of the Supreme Council Alexander Korshunov and vice speaker of the Parliament Galina Antyufeyeva took part in the ceremony of awarding state awards to distinguished Pridnestrovians. By tradition, it coincides with the main public holiday - the next anniversary of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic, this time the 29th anniversary.
Under the arches of the small hall of the Palace of the Republic are welcoming fanfares and the anthem of our country. After three decades, the Pridnestrovians, having defended the independence of the republic, confirm the right to independence and recognition by the international community with each passing year. The best of the best with their work and talent, courage and initiative, conscientiousness, selfless and professional performance of official duties, and civil service to society contribute to the development of our state. They are worthy of rewards, according to work and honor it turns out.

The Chairman of the Supreme Council Alexander Korshunov began his speech with congratulations, noting the symbolism of holding the state awards ceremony on the eve of Republic Day.
Almost 50 people were awarded orders, medals, almost forty were awarded honorary titles, as well as new military ranks and class ranks. Among the awarded are employees of the Supreme Council. The leading specialist of the transport department, Alexander Migov, was awarded the Order of Labor Glory, and the head of the parliamentary committee on education, science and culture, Mikhail Burla was awarded the honorary title “Honored Worker of Public Education”.
