The Awards for Pridnestrovians

The State awards on the occasion of the 31st anniversary of the founding of the republic were presented in the Catherine Park of Tiraspol. Among them there are teachers, doctors, nurses, workers of social institutions and Pridnestrovian enterprises, combatants, employees of ministries and departments of the republic. They received orders and medals from the hands of the PMR President Vadim Krasnoselsky, The Supreme Council Chairman Alexander Korshunov and First Deputy Prime Minister Tatyana Kirova.

The PMR President recalled the legal facts of the early 90s, which legitimize the formation and existence of our republic. They remembered the defenders of the republic, those present honored them with a minute of silence.

Today, the honored Pridnestrovians were grateful for their work and professionalism. The Chairman of the Supreme Council Alexander Korshunov called the winners of the awards patriots, an example of valor and success.

Among the awardees was Chief Engineer of the Avtomotoservice and Trade of Bendery Municipal Unitary Enterprise Georgy Kiose. He has been working at the enterprise for 12 years. Prior to that, he worked for 28 years at the Pribor plant. The Speaker of the Parliament Alexander Korshunov presented him with the Order of Labor Glory. Georgy Kiose is convinced that one can realize oneself in our republic, the main thing is desire.

In continuation of the celebration of the Day of the Republic, a festive concert was held on the stage of the Catherine Park.
