Legally Hiring

28.11.2016

Individual entrepreneurs, operating on the basis of the relevant patents are not always able to operate independently. Naturally, there is a need for additional hiring workers. However, today, in contrast to Russia, Pridnestrovian patentee shall not be entitled to hire workers. As a result, the current limit makes it possible to fully realize the constitutional and civil law on entrepreneurship activity. On this occasion, the state power agencies, including the Supreme Council, received repeated requests.

In order to expand the rights of entrepreneurs the Deputy Vadim Krasnoselsky prepared a law-in-draft "On amendments and addendum to the law "On the individual entrepreneur's patent". Their essence is to provide the patent holder the possibility to hire on the basis of a civil contract of not more than five employees in a single entrepreneurial patent. This patent will pay a presumptive tax for each person hired to work in the amount of 80% of the tax for the relevant type of activity.

The legislative initiative of Deputy Vadim Krasnoselsky is aimed at creating additional jobs, the decline in unemployment in the republic, support for entrepreneurs in their quest for development and further transition into larger forms of business, creating a favorable business climate.
