It is necessary to simplify

30.01.2017

A workshop was held under the auspices of the Parliamentary Committee on development of business and industry in the Supreme Council. It was attended by the chairman of the responsible parliamentary committee Viktor Guzun, representatives of the Ministry of Agriculture and Natural Resources, Ministry of Finance managers and accountants of small businesses. The main purpose of the working meeting was outlined by Victor Guzun.

In the course of the last workshop we for the most part told about ordering reports delivery procedures for environmental pollution and use of natural resources. Often, representatives of small businesses were in paradoxical situation, forced to seek specialized professionals - environmentalists who would have made for them a report based on the use of fairly complex mathematical formulas, only to pay an environmental fee, reaching miniscule size - sometimes up to 10 rubles.

The Head of "Two Yegor", chairman of the permanent parliamentary commission Slobodzeya District Council on Agriculture and Environment Alexander Mikhailov expressed solidarity of opinion of many entrepreneurs.

Participating in the discussion, Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Natural Resources Elena Nezhinskaya said that relevant departments are already working on the simplification of procedures, in particular, to simplify the very forms of environmental reporting, reducing their frequency of up to two times per year. The Supreme Council received a law-in-draft, in accordance with which to make payments to an environmental fund for pollution from mobile sources and, therefore, to report on this matter will not all entrepreneurs, but only those who are engaged in the import of petroleum products on the territory of the republic.

The meeting participants agreed that joint efforts will prepare a set of revisions to the existing regulatory framework to promote the development of entrepreneurship.
