Work on the budget 2021 began

The Supreme Council has already begun work on the budget for next year. The draft law is currently under consideration by the parliamentary committees. Each committee is working on its own direction. The main burden is on the Committee for Economic Policy, Budget and Finance. It is necessary in a short time to study the sources of the revenue side of the budget and the direction of spending.

The Supreme Council in its work uses the program-targeted method of planning, therefore, within the framework of the law-in-draft "On the Republican Budget", state programs are also considered. This, in particular, programs in the field of health care: oncology, HIV prevention, tuberculosis treatment. Their implementation will continue next year.

Earlier the implementation of this program was suspended in 2020 due to the pandemic. The budget for the next year includes funds for the implementation of the Capital Investment Fund program.
