The Agenda of the Plenary Session was supplemented by the Parliamentary Committees Heads at the Presidium Meeting

Members of the parliamentary Presidium in the course of the meeting, which was held under the chairmanship of the speaker Alexander Korshunov, decided to supplement the agenda of the plenary session scheduled for the 4th of December. The deputy corps will consider several legislative initiatives at once, prepared by deputies of the Committee on Legislation, Protection of Rights and Freedoms of Citizens in the first reading tomorrow. The law-in-draft aimed at increasing the effectiveness of measures to prevent and suppress violations of the Traffic Rules is among them. We are talking about road users who move with the help of personal mobility devices (electric scooters, electric skateboards, gyro scooters, segways, etc.). Deputies propose to introduce a separate administrative offense for driving while intoxicated.

Another initiative of the deputies concerns the differentiation of criminal liability for involving persons under 18 in committing crimes. The corresponding changes are proposed to be made to the Criminal Code of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic.

The agenda of tomorrow's plenary session, at the suggestion of the Chairman of the Parliamentary Committee on Agro-Industrial Complex, Transport and Industry, includes legislative initiatives of the Government of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic in the field of road safety and law-in-draft of the Committee's deputies in the field of certification of products and services.

Parliamentarians will consider about 20 draft laws totally in the course of tomorrow's plenary session.

The heads of the parliamentary Committees set the date of the next plenary session in the course of the meeting of the Presidium of the Supreme Council of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic. It will take place next week on the 11th of December.
