For the Consideration of Deputies

A number of questions will be submitted for consideration by the deputies. In particular, we are talking about amending the Law of the PMR "On associations of homeowners". They will grant the right to legal entities as owners to participate in the creation of the Home Owners Association. The changes are also related to the continued harmonization of the Pridnestrovian and Russian legislation. After consideration of the law-in-draft by the Committee on Regional Policy, its deputies proposed to make a number of amendments to the document. They will be considered at the plenary session on the 9th of February.

The Committee on Regional Policy proposes to make amendments to the Law of the PMR “On Local Authorities, Local Self-Government and State Administration in the PMR” for discussion in the first reading. Deputies of the Grigoriopol city and district council propose to change the rules for publishing legal acts of local authorities. If they have already been published on the official website, the document can be published in print in an abbreviated version. The deputies will have to determine the size of the published materials with a mandatory link to the official website, where the document is posted in full at the plenary session on the 9th of February.
