In the course of reception by the Deputy Speaker – about the conflict between neighbors

This neighbor conflict has been going on for the past few years. One of the residents of a small courtyard in the capital is categorically against the swing and sandbox, which the other residents of the common courtyard installed with their own money. The woman demands that everything be demolished and that a driveway to the entrance to her apartment be made on the ground. Galina Antyufeyeva went to the site to figure out what the problem was and try to solve it after other residents contacted her. 

Residents of a common courtyard in the center of Tiraspol showed the vice-speaker the courtyard and the same swing with a sandbox that displeased their neighbor. She was present at the impromptu meeting. She said that she demands to demolish, in her opinion, the illegally installed swings with a sandbox and is categorically against the installation of benches in the yard, as the other neighbors want. She explains this by saying that the children are disturbing her, and also by the fact that she needs access to her own doors. Disputes with neighbors have been going on for a long time. The claims of the Tiraspol resident were partially satisfied.

However this was not the end of the appeals from the only resident of the yard who was not satisfied with the swing and sandbox. She considers it legitimate to demand that on the territory, part of which is assigned to her, there is nothing except a passage or driveway to the house.

A supporter of a road instead of a swing has an argument – part of this common area is assigned. She has installed a small arch for roses and is growing green onions in these few squares. The neighbors don't mind. However, they are not ready to sacrifice the swing for the sake of the interests of the only dissatisfied tenant. After all, in a small yard there live two large families at once, who no longer disturb anyone in the yard.

Galina Antyufeyeva listened to the opinions of both sides of the conflict. She noted that she considers it incorrect to allocate a plot of land for only one resident of the yard without taking into account the opinions of others.

The initiator of the conflict herself does not agree with this position and promised to continue writing appeals to all authorities demanding the demolition of the swing and sandbox.
