Reception of citizens by the speaker

22.02.2024

Chairman of the Supreme Council of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic Alexander Korshunov held a reception for citizens on personal issues. A voter from the city of Bendery Marina Dolomanzhi is the chairman of the homeowners' association in the house 10 in Ermakov Street. She outlined the problem to the speaker: there are several municipal apartments in the house, from which payments for the maintenance and repair of the house are not received. The Speaker of Parliament noted that all decisions are made at the general meeting of the homeowners' association. Therefore, if a decision is made to pay a certain amount monthly to the homeowners' association budget, then all apartment owners are obligated to pay. The owner of municipal apartments is the local state administration in this case. What to do in this case, Alexander Korshunov replied that he would study the legislation in force in this area and send a response to the applicant.

Marina Dolomanzhi raised the issue of repairing the sidewalk along houses Number 6, 8 and 10 in Ermakov Street. The asphalt on the footpath has completely collapsed due to time and tree roots. The voter complained that such a sidewalk was dangerous. The Speaker of Parliament advised me to contact the deputy of the Supreme Council for the district. Houses in Ermakov Street belong to the constituency Number 2 of parliamentarian Yuri Kucherenko.

Pensioner Raisa Vishnevskaya came to see the Chairman of the Supreme Council. Raisa Aleksandrovna lives in the village of Sukleya, there is a small plot of land not far from her house. Once owned by a collective farm, it was allocated to Raisa Vishnevskaya under a secondary land use act. The woman personally tended her garden in this area for more than 20 years. The land is now under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Agriculture. The woman was offered another plot, but Raisa Alexandrovna refused the new offer. The pensioner turned to Alexander Korshunov with a request to help her return to use exactly that plot of land on which she spent her health and strength for many years. It was noted at the reception that the land once allocated for vegetable gardens is agricultural land. Amendments to the Land Code adopted by the Supreme Council, which give the right to rural and town Councils of People's Deputies to allocate plots for vegetable gardening from among agricultural lands outside populated areas came into force Recently. Speaker Alexander Korshunov promised to send petitions to the relevant government bodies to help the pensioner return her former plot of land to use.
