Social issues on the agenda

The Pridnestrovian delegation headed by the Speaker of the Parliament Alexander Korshunov met with the Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Labor, Social Policy and Veterans Affairs Yaroslav Nilov. Within the framework of the dialogue they discussed issues that were related to the restriction of the use of Visa and Mastercard bank cards on the territory of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic. Yaroslav Nilov proposed a mechanism for solving the problem with the participation of the banking system, the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Russia.

Among the discussed issues there are obtaining health insurance policy, using maternity capital on the territory of Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic, and providing assistance to people with special needs. The interaction in the future will take place in the form of consultations, development of various projects and programs.
