The Supreme Court will inform the deputy corps about the results of its activities in 2019. This item is on the plenary agenda. Along with this, Deputies of the Supreme Council plan to consider the initiative of the Bendery City Council to tighten administrative responsibility for violating the rules of urban improvement. The corresponding changes are proposed to be made to the Code of Administrative Offenses.
The legislative initiative of the group of deputies of the Committee on the Development of Entrepreneurship and Industry was on the agenda of plenary meetings. They propose to reduce the list of documents required when applying for the State Reserve Fund. This, according to parliamentarians, will simplify the receipt of interest-free loans for the development of personal subsidiary husbandry.
At one of the next plenary meetings, the amendments to the Housing Code will be considered. It is proposed that owners of non-residential premises of apartment buildings be required to participate in the maintenance of the entire house. This is an initiative of a group of deputies of the Committee on State Regional Policy. Commercial buildings are often located in high-rise buildings on the ground floors or in basements. However, under current law, the owners of these premises are not required to participate in the maintenance of the house.
The next plenary meeting of the Supreme Council is scheduled for March 11.
