The agenda of the meeting of the government

10.08.2018

The Concept of introducing online cash registers in Pridnestrovie was adopted, and a number of other topics were considered in the course of the government meeting. The head of the parliamentary committee on economic policy, budget and finance Alexander Korshunov took part in the discussion.

The introduction of online cash registers implies the transition from conventional cash registers to another form of control. As explained by the director of the State Tax Service, there was the possibility of unauthorized connection to cash registers of the old model (they were installed more than 6,5 thousand) with subsequent zeroing of memory or entering false data that does not reflect the real picture. As the practice of some countries has shown, when introducing online cash registers, the number of checks issued increased 2.5 times. In other words, when using online cash registers, it is impossible to conduct an illegal operation, because the electronic version of the knocked out check will be sent to the tax authorities right after the purchase. In the near future, the department will start working on software for such a technical innovation.

Deputy Prime Minister Alexei Tsurcan presented information on the implementation of the plan for administrative reform. Within the framework of connection to interdepartmental electronic document circulation (MED), 18 departments remained unreached. According to the schedule for the connection of departments, this work should be completed by mid-2019. These innovations are necessary to move to "e-government" and simplify the provision of services to citizens.

Members of the Government reviewed and supported the allocation of additional funds for free dental prosthetics, which, according to the law, have to use this rule. It is proposed to allocate for these purposes more than 2 million rubles. This measure will allow liquidating the queue for granting the privilege, which managed to be formed due to underfunding of the past years.

As the head of the government noted, this issue is often raised during meetings with members of public organizations. In his opinion, the implementation of the proposed mechanism "will be a significant step forward".

The proposal to increase the social rate of free gas for certain categories of beneficiaries was supported. In particular, it is proposed to provide 70 additional cubic meters of gas per month during the heating season for unemployed single-parent pensioners - family members of the disabled disabled war-defenders of Pridnestrovie.

The Head of the State Service for Culture and Historical Heritage Maria Kyrmyz presented the draft state program for the preservation of the immovable cultural heritage, which requires urgent repairs. The program is designed for three years - from 2019 to 2021.

The program provides for restoration, overhaul, reconstruction and improvement of 25 facilities. Currently in the register of cultural heritage sites about 3 thousand monuments.
