The Agenda includes the Main Financial Document of the State

The main parameters for the discussion of the law-in-draft "On the republican budget for 2017" were announced by the Minister of Finance Irina Molokanova. She recalled that the document was submitted to Parliament for consideration last year. However, due to the fact that the previous composition of the government did not find sources for paying off the deficit, the parliamentarians decided not to accept the unbalanced document, but remain in the first reading mode and ask the government to finalize it. We managed to cope with this task. For consideration of the profile parliamentary committee, about 40 amendments were sent, thanks to which the budget-2017 on socially protected articles is balanced. For this purpose, a number of sources were found to pay off the deficit, both traditional and new for our republic. Irina Molokanova answered questions of concern to parliamentarians. They were interested in whether there would be enough funds for the implementation of share payments and maintenance of the housing stock.
