The OSCE delegation headed by the special representative of the acting chairman of the international organization Wolf Dietrich Heim  visited Pridnestrovie. The meeting was attended from Pridnestrovian side by the vice-speaker, head of the parliamentary committee on foreign policy and international relations Galina Antyufeeva, deputy Viktor Guzun.

This year, Austria, which is a mediator in the negotiations between Chisinau and Tiraspol in the "5 + 2" format presides the OSCE. Representative of its foreign minister first visited Tiraspol. Meetings of Wolf Dietrich Heim with the President, the Foreign Minister of the Republic took place in the republic. Austrian diplomat in an interview with parliamentarians outlined the purpose of the visit - "new look at the situation".
