Members Presidium of the legislatures of the republic approved the agenda of the forthcoming and subsequent plenary sessions in the course of the meeting of the Presidium of the legislatures of the republic. It is scheduled for 10 and 17 June. In particular, legislators will hear the report of the Accounting Chamber in the course of the meeting dated June 17. Its specialists on behalf of the Supreme Council and on the basis of the adopted decision by the deputies conducted a series of control measures to verify the activity of the state unitary enterprises (SUE), as well as organizations with public interests - representatives of the people need to know how effective use of state property. Since the information is classified as "For Official Use Only" the deputies in the course of the plenary session have to decide on the order in which mode they will consider this issue on the agenda.

According to Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Council Sergei Cheban who informed colleagues at the meeting of the Presidium, today parliamentary delegation headed by Speaker Mikhail Burla flew to the capital of Russian. In Moscow, envoys of Pridnestrovie will hold talks with colleagues from the Russian State Duma, the Federation Council senators, members of the Presidential Administration.

The agenda of tomorrow's plenary session newly included legislative initiative of deputies of the Supreme Council Vladimir Bodnar, suggesting amendments to the law "On additional guarantees for the social protection of orphans and children left without parental care". Adopted by deputies law was rejected by the President and is aimed at re-examination of the Supreme Council. The essence of the proposal - to enshrine rights of orphans and children left without parental care in the legal framework of the republic, to receive higher education in training programs not only bachelors, specialists but master's degrees at public expense. The parliamentarian supposes that the state is obliged to help this category of young citizens of the republic in such a way. The decision on the rejected by the President Law is to be adopted by the deputies during the plenary session tomorrow. Legislators will have to take out the verdict regarding previously vetoed by the head of the republic laws "On amendments and addendum to the Law of the PMR "On turnover of weapons and ammunition on the territory of Pridnestrovie" and "On Amending the Law of PMR "On protection of citizens' health from exposure to environmental tobacco smoke and the effects of tobacco use".

The President PMR sent to the Supreme Council the initiative to amend certain provisions of the law "On the State Reserve Fund PMR" in the regime of legislative emergency. These are the funds allocated to Pridnestrovie in 2008 as a non-refundable financial assistance of the Russian Federation. On the eve of the parliamentary committee session met for discussion of amendments to the law regulating the distribution of repayable funds.

On the threshold of consideration by the Supreme Council of the draft resolution "On recognition of the rule of law framework in the territory of Pridnestrovie Convention on International Civil Aviation dated 7 December 1944" in the second reading the deputies of the responsible committee prepared two technical changes. The need for the adoption of parliamentary resolution caused the introduction of the rules of the Air Code.
