On the basis of the decisions adopted by the Parliament

The most important issues raised in the society - is in the sight of the first members of the consultative assembly of pridnestrovian deputies of the Chairman of the Supreme Council. Among them there is a situation on the currency market. As it is known, the deputies did not support the proposal of the Chairman of PRB regarding devaluation of the ruble by 10%. The main argument for its refusal parliamentarians called the likelihood of inflation, which may amount to more than 5%, the growth in consumer prices and decrease in incomes.

The Chairman of the Committee on Economic Policy, Alexander Martynov reminded the Supreme Council Deputies pathfinders the chronology of events in the foreign exchange market and about proposed measures to stabilize the situation. He emphasized that its implementation has not been started.

The President and Chairman of the PRB were invited to the meeting of the consultative assembly. The first deputy did not hear their position because of the absence.

Executive Director Vladimir Berkovich presented the position of Industrialists, Entrepreneurs and Agrarians. He insists on the necessity of signing by the President of anti-crisis law adopted by Deputies.

The first Pridnestrovian deputies adopted a statement in which the President and the Government were invited to immediately begin the implementation of measures to overcome the currency crisis on the basis of decisions taken by the Supreme Council.
