Based Biofuels

09.07.2015

The legislature has become a platform on which Alexander Shtabs presented the project to develop alternative sources of cheap electricity. The event was attended by heads of the two parliamentary committees - on the economy and on agriculture Oleg Vasilaty and Efimy Koval, as well as their assistants. The use of different options for the stabilization of the economy now seems one of the main challenges for all governments and civil society. It is therefore necessary to adopt all the proposals, even unconventional.

Proposals of Alexander Shtabs are to use waste products of animals (chickens, pigs, cattle), their processing technologies to produce electricity and heat. Biofuels, along with the use of solar and wind energy, belongs to the so-called alternative energy sources. If the other two factors can act only when the wind and sunny days, the power generation by means of methane - is almost constantly process.

These technologies are not know-how for the world, and for Pridnestrovie. The parliamentary press service has told about the presentation of this project in the framework of the 3rd Investment Forum, which made specialists of "Fialt-Agro" on the basis of livestock farms in the Rybnitsa district. The head of agricultural enterprise is a member of the Supreme Council Sergey Pisarenko. Moreover, these technologies are already used in over half a century a powerful industrial nation like Germany. Incidentally, 30% of electricity is produced just by the use of biological methane gas. Naturally, its production cost is low in comparison with other, conventional fuels - coal, natural gas, uranium.

Enthusiast Alexander Shtabs suggests using power old abandoned gas stations (petrol stations), there are a lot of them in the republic, for the process for recycling of waste products and farm animals, the food waste using specific fermentation technology, after which the biogas is released, which drives the internal combustion engine, which in turn, through the generator generates electricity and transmits via networks. The head of the Supreme Council Committee Efimy Koval, fully supporting this initiative, however, supposes that such installations should be installed near large livestock and poultry farms.

Cheaper electricity generated in the plants of this kind can be used for irrigation systems electrification, which is very important at the moment for our zone of risky agriculture. Farmers, small objects of social orientation, located not far from the processing of these systems are among the beneficiaries.

Processing of manure by means of such non-standard way - it is also part of the solution of environmental problems. It is no secret that it is removed now, well if to landfill, it is often stored on the sidelines where not a single culture grows, and waste water after the rains carry all this harmful substance into waterways, especially the Dniester, which does not make our main river cleaner. In addition, methane in an open space destroys the ozone layer, which is fighting against the whole of humanity. Major countries have even signed the relevant protocol, called the Kyoto (city in Japan, where the document was signed), limiting harmful emissions into the atmosphere.

ROI, which may vary in size, depending on the amount of electricity generated is from 2 to 5 years. There are those who already willing to do this business in the republic, it seems that there is huge offers of corresponding equipment suppliers. In addition to all it is more jobs, and tax deductions.

Deputy Oleg Vasilaty directed attention to economic aspect of potential technical innovation, the creation of individual agricultural clusters in the presentation of the project on the use of biofuels. He even called the two supposed addresses where the raised proposals could be implemented in the mutual interest of the parties. Alexander Shtabs offered to prepare a draft of the unit for specific object.
