The talented teacher was congratulated by his colleagues and those who work with him besides classrooms of the Institute of Arts on receiving his diploma and growing professionally.

The parliamentarian noted that plans include organizing classical music classes for children with autism. Stefan Muntean has already given his consent to teach them piano.

The direction in which Stefan received a diploma from the Peoples' Friendship University of Russia is called "Arts and Humanities / Creative Industries and Culture Management".
