The Supreme Council Chairman Vadim Krasnoselsky informed the participants of the plenary session on the outcome of his trip to Moscow. The delegation of the Pridnestrovian parliament was in the Russian capital from 16 to 20 February. During this time 27 meetings were held at various venues of public authorities of the Russian Federation: the State Duma, the Federation Council, the Office of the President, the Government, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The head of Pridnestrovian delegation described the meeting with Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Rogozin, the Russian government, which has declared its readiness to visit Pridnestrovie, and in particular, the Supreme Council, to take part in the plenary session, to address the deputies.
Many meetings took place at the site of the Federation Council. There is an agreement with the Chairman of the Committee on International Affairs Konstantin Kosachev to establish a working group on the examination of legislative initiatives being considered by the Supreme Council.
There were held meetings with leaders of various political parties in Moscow - the head of the Liberal Democratic Party Vladimir Zhirinovsky and the leader of the Party and the Duma faction "The Fair Russia" Sergei Mironov. With regard to the interaction with "The United Russia", in the course of this visit the agreement on cooperation between representatives of "The United Russia" and "Obnovlenie" was prolonged.
Concluding his report, the Chairman of the Supreme Council Vadim Krasnoselsky called the meeting "a breakthrough for the entire state," as still Pridnestrovie is in a kind of information vacuum
Speaker assured that all suggestions that were heard in various Russian exchanges will be decorated properly and officially sent to the appropriate officials representing different state bodies of the Russian Federation.
