Moscow Meetings

The Visit of Pridnestrovian delegation in Moscow continues. On the eve the leadership of the Supreme Council visited the press center of "The Parliamentary newspaper" - the edition of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, responding to numerous questions about the history and present of Pridnestrovian economic and political situation in the republic, Russian-Pridnestrovian relations. The same day the Supreme Council deputies met with the Deputy Chairman of the Russian Government Dmitry Rogozin, the Duma Vice Speaker, the deputy head of "The United Russia" Sergei Zheleznyak, head of "The Fair Russia" Sergei Mironov. In addition, the Pridnestrovian parliamentarians participated in the meeting of the State Duma Committee on CIS Affairs, Eurasian Integration and Relations with Compatriots, headed by Leonid Slutsky. Speaker of Pridnestrovian Parliament Vadim Krasnoselsky told about multifaceted interaction between Russia and Pridnestrovie with the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Grigory Karasin during the meeting. They managed to talk with the chairman of the State Duma Committee on Education Vyacheslav Nikonov, as well as a member of the Defence Committee, the leader of the LDPR Vladimir Zhirinovsky.

Today, a meeting with the head of the Federation Council Committee on International Affairs Konstantin Kosachev was scheduled. The trip of Pridnestrovian lawmakers to the Russian capital will be finished by participation in a press conference organized by the news agency.
