The PMR and Moscow Regional Duma: interaction at all levels

The exhibition about Pridnestrovie and the Great Victory will be held on the basis of the Federation Council and, in particular, on the basis of the Moscow Regional Duma. Today, the Pridnestrovian deputies headed by the Chairman of the Supreme Council of the PMR Alexander Korshunov spoke about this at a meeting with the leadership of the Moscow Regional Duma Igor Bryntsalov and Larisa Lazutina. They also discussed the issues of holding the Interregional Economic Forum and relations at the interregional level. Alexander Korshunov emphasized that it is necessary to develop interaction with Russian deputies not only at the state, but also at the municipal level. Tatiana Zalevskaya, Chairperson of the Slobodzeya District City Council, told her Moscow colleagues about the creation of the Association of Local Self-Government in Pridnestrovie and readiness for cooperation. Olga Gukalenko, Plenipotentiary Representative of the Supreme Council in the Russian Federation for Interparliamentary Cooperation drew the deputies' attention to the possibility of supporting Moscow social and humanitarian projects in Pridnestrovie. Ruslan Gareev, deputy of the PMR Supreme Council Committee on Education, Public Associations and Mass Media, raised the issue of cooperation in the field of tourism. Chairman of the Committee on Education, Culture and Tourism of the Moscow Regional Duma Oleg Rozhnov said that he was ready to cooperate with the Pridnestrovian Tourism Agency to attract Russians to our republic. In particular, there is a preliminary agreement on the publication of information about tourist places in Pridnestrovie on the websites of the Moscow region at the first stage. Alexander Korshunov touched upon the topic of lawmaking and practical implementation of youth projects of the Russian Federation on the territory of Pridnestrovie.
