Members of “The Obnovlenie” (Renewal) parliamentary faction gathered on the eve of the next plenary session to discuss some issues on its agenda. First of all, their attention was directed to a number of legislations of the President. In connection with the amendments to the law “On the organization of the provision of public services” adopted by the Supreme Council on July 4, Vadim Krasnoselsky proposes that people’s deputies cancel the current law “On the licensing system”. This is due to the need to unify the requirements for the provision of public services. They become more accessible: any citizen, while at home at any time convenient for him, can order the necessary information via the Internet.

The faction members intend to support the initiative of the president regarding the frequency (once a year) of inspections in the sphere of fire safety, civil defense, sanitary-epidemiological sphere. It is directly related to the life, health and safety of citizens.

Vadim Krasnoselsky presented amendments to the law on the republican budget for this year for consideration by parliamentarians. We are talking about additional revenues from economic agents engaged in foreign economic activity. The funds raised by the State Customs Committee in the amount of 16 million rubles are proposed to be left at the disposal of the department.

The same approach to the superplanned income was proposed by the deputy Galina Antyufeeva.

It is noteworthy that in the course of the meeting of of “The Obnovlenie” faction, the members of the faction applied the principle of the same approach to other spheres of the state’s activities, in particular, to such socially important ones as remuneration of public sector employees. These questions will certainly be raised again and again in preparation for the first reading of the law-in-draft on the republican budget 2019.

It is scheduled to submit one of the sections of the Budget and Tax Policy Concept concerning tax collection in the course of the future meeting of the faction. Earlier, in the summer this year, the deputies received this document in the second reading and remained in this mode.
