MMP: to return Russian investor

After all the questions regarding MMP activity were asked, and members did not receive the responses for many of them, the Speaker gave colleagues the opportunity to speak on this vital topic.

Peter Pasat began from legislative digression. He reminded his colleagues of the anti-crisis legislative initiative, which provides a 50% reduction of income tax for companies footwear and electrical industries. However, the new law was vetoed by the President.

Many elected officials see a root of the current problems of MMP and other energy-intensive industries in a sharp increase in government tariffs, starting from 1 January 2013 year. Many of them have stopped production, but MMP "left" a major Russian investor - the owner of "Metalloinvest" Alisher Usmanov.

The content of the law of conservation of energy - if somewhere departed, then somewhere arrived - reminded Oleg Vasilaty to his colleagues.
